so confused

was this video saying that we should let the 1980's and 1990's "be"?  this video has everyone that ever starred in a TBS syndicated sitcom and i am left feeling very confused.  and what the hell ricki lake???  damn that voice is sounding not so ladylike...so. very. confused.
